Home Textiles Division:
ARAFAT Textile Industries is the subsidiary of Arafat Group of companies. This company has recently been established. Dealing in export of Greige, Dyed, White and Printed Fabric. We have established a state-of-the-art stitching unit to following home textile products
Our product range includes 100% Cotton and P/C (Polyester-Cotton) woven fabric in widths up to 330 cm in Greige and up to 290 cm in processed form. Various weaves like 1/1 Percales, 2/1 Ducks, 3/1 Twills, and 4/1 Sateen up to T-600 are produced on Power, Auto, Sulzer Shuttle-Less, and Air-Jet Looms, tailored to customer requirements. We offer white and dyed fabrics (light pastels to dark colors) using open-bath and Thermosol dyeing, along with 20-color Pigment & Reactive Rotary and 8-color Flat-Bed Printing. Our key markets include the USA, Australia, Argentina, South Africa, Middle East, and Europe, and we have previously supplied bed sets to chain stores like Wal-Mart and Makro.

Haji Abdul Rashid Sheikh
He earned a B.Sc. from Govt. College Faisalabad and specialized in Textile Technology and Chemistry in the UK. He interned with leading firms like ICI UK, BASF, and Bayer from 1964 to 1966. He held key roles in the textile industry, including General Manager at Rehmania Textile Mills. He pioneered student leadership in the UK and now leads major social and healthcare initiatives in Faisalabad.
Engr. Suhail Bin Rashid Sheikh
He is the first son of the Group Chairman and graduated with Honors in Electrical Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology (USA) in 1990. He served as President of the Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and TEVTA Faisalabad. He also led key committees on IT, Foreign Affairs, and FIEDMC. Now based in Rhode Island, USA, he runs Arafat Digital International and Arafatex Industries.
Engr. Khurram Bin Rashid Sheikh
He is the second son of the Group Chairman and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota (USA) in 1992. He has held key roles in the Chemical Society, Pakistani Student Association (USA), and Dyes & Chemical Association. He is active in the Faisalabad Chamber, Chenab Club, and Al Hamra Education Systems. He oversees Sales, Marketing, Production, and R&D at True Colors Corporation.
Hafiz Haroon Rashid Sheikh
He is the third son of Group Chairman Haji Abdul Rashid Sheikh and graduated with an MBA from Imperial College University, Lahore in 1998. He is the CEO of H. Bedding Solutions, Faisalabad. The company specializes in home textiles with a dedicated display and sale center. He plays a key role in expanding the group’s retail and textile footprint.
Muhammad Zain ul Abideen Sheikh
He is the fourth son of the Group Chairman and graduated with an MBA from LUMS Lahore in 2005. Alongside business, he is an educationist and has served as Visiting Faculty at FAST NUCES, University of Agriculture, GCUF, and NFC Engineering University. He currently oversees Finance at True Colors Corporation.
Muhammad Hasaan bin Khurram Sheikh
He is the 1st son of CEO Mr. Khurram Sheikh, studied at FAST Chiniot and graduated from FC College University Lahore with a BSCS degree in 2022. He is actively involved in the business and currently looks after Sales and Marketing at True Colors Corporation, focusing on modern strategies and client engagement. He represents the next generation of leadership with a strong emphasis on technology-driven growth and innovation.

Arafat Group has been one of the leading business concerns in the region since its establishment in 1970. Under the chairmanship of Haji Abdul Rashid, the dedicated team of the group has established themselves in the diversified fields of Textile Dyestuffs & Chemicals, IT & Telecommunication, Home Textiles, Apparels, Real Estate Development, and Social Welfare & Community Services. The name “ARAFAT” is being trusted for its straightforward and honest business dealings with its suppliers, customers and other allies.
The Dyestuff & Chemicals Division:
The parent business of the group is the import and distribution of Textile dyestuffs and chemicals with the name Arafat Chemicals Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd & True Colors Corporation Pvt Ltd The group chairman Abdul Rashid Sheikh incorporated this company in 1970. The Company has been enjoying exclusive arrangements with world’s renowned dyestuff manufacturers – Dystar Germany (formerly Hoechst) for Imperon Pigment Dyes, Remazol Reactive & Dianix Disperse Dyes Indanthren from 1970-2010 – 40 Years Clariant Switzerland for Drimarene K reactive dyes & Foron Disperse Dyes from 1992-1998. Ciba Speciality Switzerland for Novacron C, Textile Auxiliaries, Terasil Disperse, Novasol Vat Dyes Dyes from 1998-2000. Bezama AG / CHT Switzerland for their complete range of Textile dyes & Chemicals from 2001-2002.
The company has also worked as agents in Pakistan in different years with Sumitomo, BASF, Bayer, KISKO Korea, T&T ind Taiwan, Rifa Korea, Modern Taiwan, Thor Specialties UK, Coloroot China, HT&K China, Xhuzhou Keda China. It has been company's tradition to introduce the latest developments in dyes with highest achievable fastnesses and unique shades and in Special Finishes such as Teflon, Scotch-guard, Proban, Antistatic and Wrinkle Free. Almost 80 % of our sales come from the supplies to only 20 Top Quality-processing mills in Pakistan.
We have witnessed the transition from Ciba Geigy to Huntsman, SANDOZ to Clariant and to Archroma, Byer, BASF, ICI & Hoechst merging to make Dystar, Bezema merged in CHT. However we survived all these years with dignity and elegance.
The Information Technology (IT) Division:
Spain’s CAD/CAM Systems for textiles for the first time in Pakistan. These systems provide computer aided designing and manufacturing for different processes in textiles like Printing/Engraving, Jacquard, Dobby, Weaving/Fabric Simulation & Towels. In 2000, the world’s first Digital Ink Jet Textile Rotary Screen Printing/Engraving System was introduced and sold by the company as the sole distributors in Pakistan, which was manufactured by ZED Instruments UK. Moreover, Arafat Digita International is also the sole distributor of Mimaki (Japan) Fabric Printers and Colortrac (UK) Wide Format Scanners.
Construction & Home Textiles
Arafat Builders have built and sold 2 Commercial Plazas as ABC I & ABC II. Also, constructed few housing projects
